Service was great, they were on time to start the projects and finish time was good as well. I had 3 Major Appliances Replaced: Air Conditioner, Furnance & Hot Water Heater for a good deal all together.

Will did an amazing job at resolving the issue and providing detailed instructions on how to avoid such issues in future. He answered all our questions and gave us options for additional services we have planned. We will definitely hire Top Shelf again.
