• Standard installation, completed by 12/31/25
• The option to upgrade by covering any cost difference

If your new unit needs electrical updates, or any code-required modifications or permit-related items are needed, we’ll communicate any additional fees clearly so there are no surprises.

Why You Should Enter Our Ugly Furnace Contest

Who Can Enter

2025’s Ugly Furnace Contest is open to:

• Homeowners in the Denver Metro or Colorado Springs service areas
• Individuals 18 or older
• Homes with a furnace that’s currently installed and operational (even if it’s barely hanging on)

Each entry is reviewed by one of our Comfort Advisors during a quick on-site visit. Only verified systems move forward in the final drawing. 

The winner agrees to be featured on Top Shelf’s social media and website if selected and understands that the prize is non-transferable and has no cash value. Employees, subcontractors, and their households are not eligible and incomplete entries may be disqualified. 

How to Enter

1. Fill out the online form and choose the 2025 “Ugly Furnace Contest” as the service.
2. Include your name, phone number, email, and a note confirming you’re entering the contest.
3. After submitting, Top Shelf will reach out to request photos of your furnace.
4. Like the Top Shelf Electric, Heating & Plumbing Facebook page.
5. Make sure the entry is complete—only full submissions qualify.

Key Dates Include

• Entries Open: 11/24/25
• Entries Close: 12/15/25
• On-Site Visits: 12/15/25–12/19/25
• Winner Announced: 12/22/25
• Installation Complete By: 12/31/25

If the chosen winner can’t complete installation by 12/31/25, Top Shelf may award the prize to someone else.
